Vlogging???? #NaBloPoMo

I have come to the conclusion that I can not vlog.
I have tried and tried again, yet I am ALWAYS too embarrassed to upload it.
I always delete it as soon as I am done watching it.

Has anyone else felt this way?
Any tips for vlogging??
